4.1 Order Process

By placing an order through our Stripe checkout link, you make an offer to purchase the specified product at the stated price. A binding contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

4.2 Payment

All payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method and that all details provided are accurate. We do not store, process or have access to your card information at any stage.

4.3 Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected] before assuming the order was unsuccessful.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Any currency conversion is handled by your card issuer and is subject to their exchange rates and fees. We are not responsible for currency conversion differences.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Returns Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

6.3 Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Return shipping for defective items is covered by us.

6.4 Change-of-Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition. Once received and inspected, a full product refund (excluding original shipping) will be issued.

6.5 Non-Returnable Items

Engraved or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective. Items showing signs of use, modification or damage beyond normal inspection are not eligible for return.

6.6 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us immediately at [email protected]. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must be returned following the returns process above.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Canadian customers retain all rights under applicable Canadian federal and provincial consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act and applicable provincial equivalents.

Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the relevant court of competent jurisdiction.
